National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa, (hereinafter: the Authority) offers the information on this on-line site/internet site (hereinafter: the service) pursuant to the following terms.
The term "User" as follows shall mean each person who establishes or accesses a connection to the service.
According to the law of copyright in RSA and pursuant to international treaties, copyright in the office's publications, including those provided by the service, belong to the Republic of South Africa. These rights apply, inter alia, to text. When quoting from the protected material, User must attribute the source of the quotation, whether it is the office or a third party. Subject to the law of copyright, User may not copy, redistribute, retransmit or publish protected material, without the prior written consent of the office.
The service is provided to the public "as is".
National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa shall not be held liable for the suitability of the service to User's needs. Nor shall the Ministry be held liable for any error or mistake found in the material provided by the service.
National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa shall not be held liable for any changes made in the material provided by the service if such changes were made by User or by a third party. User alone shall bear all responsibility for the way in which he/she uses the service.
For the purposes of the above terms, National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa includes its employees and agents.
The links are solely for the convenience of User.
Unless otherwise stipulated in this site, no legal or commercial relationship exists between the office and external sites not maintained by National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (third party sites), and the office has no control over the content of said third party sites.
National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
